- TRE - There is no Compliance Committee of the Board.
The Audit and Governance Committee which is made up of only independent
directors - would be able to convene and discuss specific compliance matters
if needed. The Board views its role in terms of compliance as one of
traditional board monitoring of management's activities rather than explicit
involvement in compliance functions.
